Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do you only do plus sizes?
A. Primarily, most of our clothes go from the equivelent of a UK size 12 and up, but we do have a range of junior sizes, i.e. size 10 and under.
Q. Why are your sizes different?
A. All our stock is purchased from the USA, so the sizes are American sizes. See our Size Conversion Chart below for UK equivalent sizes.
Q. How do I place an order?
Click on the product you are interested in buying
Select options e.g. Color or size
Click on the “trolley” to add to shopping basket
Repeat steps 1-3 until you have selected all you wish to buy
When you are finished, click on basket to view the items you have added
Amend as required
Click “check out” button at paypal
Enter requested information
Click on place order.
What form’s of payment do you accept?
A. We use PAYAL for our card processing, Paypal accept most cards.
You may also mail a banker’s draft or a postal order to us along with your order and sizes required, include contact and shipping information and one we receive it, we will ship your order. If you do decide to use this method, please mail you drafts or postal order registered mail, as we will not be responsible for loss or delays.
What if I am not satisfied with what I ordered?
A. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
Returns are usually processed or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please return within 7 days (14 days for non UK customers).
In order to qualify for refund or exchange, items must be returned unworn in original packaging with all labels intact, include your receipt and ensure that postage is fully paid. Should you require an exchange, your order will be sent to you free of charge. All returns should be sent via the post office or courier of your choice. Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods; please ask at the Post Office the amount this would cover if the goods were lost (it is usually £30).
Which types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards through PAYPAL. We also accept Cheques and Postal Order (Please write enclosing the cheque/ postal order and your order to Diva Fever

Can I cancel my online order?
Because we process online orders very quickly, we regret they cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Please review the details of your order carefully prior to submitting it.

What is your return policy?
RETURNS OF PURCHASES With an original receipt, and within 7 days of the original date of purchase, Diva Fever will provide an exchange or full refund in the original form...
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Complete the return slip on your packing slip by indicating the return reason and quantity returned.
1.Use the Return Label from your packing slip to mail your merchandise return.
2.Enclose the unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags attached in the package that was originally sent to you. Include the return slip.
3.Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.
4.Your return will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well as your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable.
5.You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account.
Please note
It may take up to 5 working for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return an item purchased as part of a multiple discount (such as buy 1, select 1 for 50% off), your credit will be equal to the pre-discount price minus a portion of the discount you received as a result of receiving a multiple discount, not the pre-discount price of the single item.
